Jackee K Consulting is a dynamic Black Women-Owned, B-BBEE Level 1 management consulting firm, initially established as Jacqueline K Consulting CC, in July 2002.
At the time, we specialised in providing expert Management Consulting services to innovative technology start-ups and SMEs incubated at the Innovation Hub and worked with the Centre for Public Service Innovation (CPSI) on a breakthrough project. Over the years, JKC has evolved into a strategic partner to many of our clients, due to the hands-on & value-driven approach to delivering solutions /services.
Vision
Our vision has recently been reviewed, following a re-branding & re-positioning initiative to mark 20 years in operation. We envision ourselves as an expert, ethical and innovative consulting firm with a proud African heritage. We leverage technology to deliver exceptional success in all our projects. JKC plans to expand our talent and footprint to other parts of South Africa, as well as parts of Africa to celebrate the next 10 years.
Experience
The JKC team has over 3 decades’ hands-on experience in the successful implementation of high impact, priority projects across various sectors. Over the years, we have been involved in multiple exciting projects, such as the development of ICT/mobile solutions, conducting Due Diligence Reviews for company acquisitions, Organisational Restructuring incorporating Change Management programmes, Business Process Re-engineering, Branding and Marketing projects, as well as spearheading very successful Turnaround initiatives.
