With over two decades of experience finding business solutions in both private and public sectors, Jackee has extensive expertise in Corporate & Retail Banking, ICT, Construction, Transport/Fleet Management, and Public Sector operations.
Her 27 years’ hands-on involvement at both strategic and operational levels includes leading projects in Banking, Marketing, New Venture Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Organizational Development, Process Management, Public Sector Governance, Strategic Management, Change Management, Business Development, Systems/Software Development, Fleet Management, and Turnaround Management.
Jackee has worked for and with prominent organizations including FNB, Standard Bank, Nedcor, the Gauteng Provincial Government Fleet, The Innovation Hub, CPSI, Lechabile, SITA, Mohwiti Technologies, Fleet Data Technologies and the City of Tshwane. She holds a BCompt degree, Post-graduate diplomas and certificates in various management disciplines. She has recently completed the Stanford GSB LEAD Program.
KEFILWE MOKWENA

Kefilwe Mokwena, is our Human Capital Executive, with over two decades’ experience operating across multiple industries including Telecommunications, Financial Services, Public and the Non-government sectors. She has worked on many Change Management projects over the past 8 years, including Organisational Design, Business Turnarounds and Productivity Improvement Projects. She was instrumental in implementing strategic and operational changes for breakthrough performance in three Distribution Channels of a large Insurance business, as an independent consultant.
She also drives Organisational Design efforts and takes responsibility for the Governance, Change Management and Stakeholder Communication interventions that are focused on managing the people side of all planned change and transformation interventions.
Kefilwe has undertaken various courses and has certificates in Human Resource Management, Project Management, Change Management, Business Process Engineering, Labour Legislation, Skills Development Facilitation, Job Evaluation, etc.
